EcoGlow Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive KRW 9.5 billion in funding from Sangsangin Savings Bank, Sangsangin Plus Savings Bank Co.,Ltd., Aroot Co., Ltd. EcoGlow Co., Ltd. has announced a private placement of Series 17 Unregistered Interest Unsecured Private Convertible Bonds of the company to raise gross proceeds of KRW 9,500,000,000 on May 14, 2026. The transaction involves the new investor participation of Sangsangin Savings Bank for KRW 4,500,000,000, Sangsangin Plus Savings Bank Co.,Ltd. for KRW 4,000,000,000, Aroot Co., Ltd. for KRW 1,000,000,000. The bonds are 100% convertible into 2,777,777 common shares of the company at a conversion price value of KRW 3,420 and carry interest rate of 2% and maturity interest rate of 6%. The conversion billing period starts from May 22, 2027 to April 22, 2029.The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The transaction is subject to 1 year hold period.
