The company was formerly known as Lion Forest Industries Berhad and changed its name to Lion Posim Berhad in December 2019. The company was incorporated in 1982 and is based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Lion Posim Berhad is a subsidiary of Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd.
