The company was formerly known as Ideal United Bintang International Berhad and changed its name to Ideal Capital Berhad in June 2022. The company was incorporated in 1979 and is based in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. Ideal Capital Berhad is a subsidiary of ICT Innotech Sdn. Bhd.
