The Checkpoint segment engages in developing radio frequency and radio frequency identification-based solutions; electronic-article-surveillance systems, including hardware, software, labels and tags for loss prevention and inventory control systems; apparel labels and tags; and hand-held pricing tools and labels and promotional in-store displays. The Innovia segment supplies specialty, multi-layer, surface-engineered films to customers in the pressure sensitive materials, flexible packaging, and consumer packaged goods industries.
