Highrock Resources Ltd. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.05 million in funding Highrock Resources Ltd. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,000,000 units at a price of CAD 0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD 50,000 on February 24, 2026. Each unit shall be comprised of one common share and one whole common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of CAD 0.075 per common share until the date that is two years from the date of issuance.
