It invests in the fixed income markets of Singapore. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps agreement to invest in fixed-rate, Singapore Dollar denominated sovereign debt with a minimum maturity of one year. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx ABF Singapore Government Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology.
