This strengthens the company's patent protection and marks an important step in the development of BlincVision, Terranet's anti-collision system designed for urban traffic environments. BlincVision is based on event cameras, a laser scanner, software, and an AI model. Together, these components enable rapid analysis of traffic situations. The laser scanner sweep light beams across the surroundings. When the beams hit an object, they are reflected back and captured by the event cameras. The cameras send the data to the software for processing and conversion into three-dimensional (3D) light traces, which provide a detailed image of the object. The method for creating and inputting the 3D traces into the AI-generated perception model is covered by the new patent. By using the 3D traces, the perception model can identify the object and analyze its movement patterns. The patent will be valid in Sweden, and the company intends to file corresponding applications internationally. Terranet has a clear focus on building strong patent protection related to event-based cameras and real-time perception.공지 • Jun 20AstraZero Completes Research Project VerdasTerranet AB (publ) announced that it has now been completed - a collaboration led by AstaZero, a subsidiary of RISE, and carried out together with Terranet, If Insurance, Folksam, the Swedish Transport Administration, Volvo Cars, Toyota, Zenseact, Aptiv, and Viscando. The project was funded by Vinnova, Sweden's innovation agency, and aimed to develop new physical and virtual verification methods for more robust driver assistance systems (ADAS), with a particular focus on accident scenarios involving vulnerable road users. The project has been carried out in close dialogue with Euro NCAP and has taken important steps to improve how future driver assistance systems are tested and evaluated. The work shows that today's test methods do not always capture accident scenarios that occur in real traffic - especially when pedestrians are involved. To ensure that the systems function in these situations, new test methods need to be developed to better reflect these types of accidents. Euro NCAP will introduce new test methods for robust ADAS functionality in Euro NCAP 2026. The VERDAS project has contributed by proposing test scenarios that include both infrastructure elements and interactions with other road users. Examples of highlighted test scenarios include: Pedestrian stepping out from between parked cars. Pedestrian stepping out from behind another pedestrian. Pedestrian stepping up from behind traffic light poles. Scen scenarios that may seem simple - but place high demands on the technology's ability to detect and predict movement in a dynamic and often complex environment. The closing event at RISE Proving Ground AstaZero brought together representatives from all participating parties, as well as Euro NCAP and Vinnova. Presentations were given by AstaZero, Euro NCAP, and the project group. Participants were given insights into the project methodology, implementation, and results from the past year. The event concluded with a forward-looking perspective on the next step - the newly launched follow-up project VERDAS 2, in which Terranet is participating.공지 • Jun 13Terranet AB has completed a Composite Units Offering in the amount of SEK 14.991171 million.Terranet AB has completed a Composite Units Offering in the amount of SEK 14.991171 million. The goal for the first half of the year is to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), which will pave the way for upcoming volume agreements. In 2025, customer projects are expected to provide valuable input for further developing the BlincVision prototype into an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Once the MVP is completed, the company can sign agreements and begin the process towards volume production.공지 • Nov 04Terranet AB (Publ) Presents Its Updated Product Development Plan for BlincvisionTerranet AB (publ) presents its updated product development plan for BlincVision, an advanced driver assistance system, with clear goals set for 2025. Customer projects have been initiated, and the goal for the first half of the year is to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to pave the way for volume agreements and meet market demand. BlincVision sets a new standard for anti-collision solutions by combining patented event camera technology with AI-trained software. The system uses minimal data processing, making the technology faster than any other solution on the market. It enables real-time decision-making and raises the bar for safety in the automotive industry. BlincVision's functionality has been demonstrated through a prototype, which has been crucial in bringing the product closer to potential customers, such as automakers or their major suppliers. The next step is to work together with these stakeholders to adapt and integrate the product into the vehicle's existing safety systems, enhancing safety and improving the driving experience. Terranet is following its product development plan and communicates the progress frequently. After many years of research and development, a prototype of BlincVision was showcased at the beginning of 2024, first in a lab environment and later outdoors on a moving vehicle. In the fall of 2024, the system was also tested on an accredited test track, where BlincVision performed a full autonomous braking. BlincVision is an anti-collision solution designed to improve or replace other safety systems in a more cost-effective way, increasing safety and saving more lives. With stricter safety requirements in the automotive industry, systems like BlincVision will be crucial for both driver-operated and autonomous vehicles in the future. Terranet is now in a product development phase where all employees are focused on optimizing the prototype with valuable feedback from vehicle manufacturers and major suppliers. This work will lead to an MVP (a first version of the product that can be tested on the market), a product that can be widely offered to vehicle manufacturers and suppliers. Once the MVP is fully integrated into a vehicle, work towards volume production can begin. Key milestones in BlincVision's product development for 2025 are as follows: First Quarter: Proof of Concept results with a partner via MobilityXlab and initiate the next customer project. Second Quarter: Further development of the existing prototype into an MVP (minimum Viable Product). Third Quarter: Verification of the MVP in customer vehicle and adjustments based on market demands. A partnership agreement is signed, initiating dialogue on volume production. Increase in shares outstanding: 71% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-kr38m free cash flow). Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (25% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 0.4% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (71% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m (kr2.6m revenue, or US$247k). Minor Risk Market cap is less than US$100m (€12.4m market cap, or US$13.3m).공지 • May 16Terranet Appoints Jonas Renander as Strategic Business Developer (CCO, Chief Commercial Officer)Terranet welcomes Jonas Renander as strategic business developer (CCO, Chief Commercial Officer). He joins the company at a crucial time as Terranet is in the process of finalizing the company's first prototype for BlincVision while also deepening dialogues with potential customers and partners. Jonas Renander has over 20 years of experience in sales and project management on the global stage, including in anti-collision systems for the automotive industry. Among the companies he has worked with are Volvo Trucks, Volvo Cars, SAAB Automobile, and CEVT. Jonas Renander will be part of the management team.New Risk • May 08New major risk - Revenue and earnings growthEarnings have declined by 0.4% per year over the past 5 years. This is considered a major risk. Ultimately, shareholders want to see a good return on their investment and that generally comes from sharing in the company's profits. If profits are declining over an extended period, then in most cases the share price will decline over time unless the company can turn around its fortunes. A trend of falling earnings can be very difficult to turn around. If the company is well already established it may also be a sign the company has matured and is in decline. In addition, if the company pays dividends it will also likely need to reduce or cut them, striking a dual blow to total shareholder returns. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-kr38m free cash flow). Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (41% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 0.4% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (168% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m (kr2.8m revenue, or US$256k). Market cap is less than US$10m (€9.05m market cap, or US$9.73m).New Risk • May 03New major risk - Market cap sizeThe company's market capitalization is less than US$10m. Market cap: €9.24m (US$9.95m) This is considered a major risk. Companies with a small market capitalization are most likely businesses that have not yet released a product to market or are simply a very small company without a wide reach. Either way, risk is elevated with these companies because there is a chance the product may not come to fruition or the company's addressable market or demand may not be as large as expected. In addition, if the company's size is the main factor, it is less likely to have many investors and analysts following it and scrutinizing its performance and outlook. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-kr37m free cash flow). Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (38% average weekly change). Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (168% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m (kr3.4m revenue, or US$314k). Market cap is less than US$10m (€9.24m market cap, or US$9.95m).공지 • May 03Terranet AB (publ) Intensifies Integration of Prototype in CarTerranet AB (publ) is well in line with the previously presented development plan. Relevant adjustments from previous lab tests have been made, and the company is now fully focused on integrating the driver assistance system BlincVision into vehicles. Part of the integration work involves evaluating sensor placements, adapting communication interfaces to vehicles and optimizing the system for use in a mobile environment. Optimizing sensor placements maximizes efficiency and coverage. The next step is to decide on a partner who will manufacture the A-sample. Over the past year, Terranet has made significant progress in the development of its lifesaving driver assistance solution BlincVision, which is based on the vision technology VoxelFlow exclusively licensed by Terranet. BlincVision consists of three main hardware units: laser scanner, vision sensor, and computing unit. The extensive engineering and simulation work have resulted in an effective solution for accelerating and miniaturizing the laser scanner. Additionally, Terranet has been able to increase the scanner’s precision and detection range by, among other things, changing to another wavelength of the laser, modifying the number of emitted beams, and the shape and position of various lenses and micromechanical mirrors. The laser can now be classified as eye-safe according to the international standard IEC 60825-1, a key achievement and milestone on the way to a finished BlincVision product. Straight off the heels of its first appearance at STARTUP AUTOBAHN in February 2021, Terranet will once again join Mercedes-Benz in a joint physical presentation to expand upon previous developments in latency speed and data processing ability. This time through an integration of VoxelFlow’s™ lightning-fast 3D sensor technology in a Maybach, the prestigious vehicle by Mercedes-Benz. STARTUP AUTOBAHN, powered by Plug and Play and sponsored by Daimler and the University of Stuttgart, is an open-innovation platform that provides an interface between innovative tech companies and corporations. At the semi-virtual event on July 21, 2021, Terranet will highlight significant progress to address latency and provide an update to VoxelFlow’s™ integration with LiveMap. While existing systems struggle to differentiate between living and lifeless objects fast enough, together, VoxelFlow™ and LiveMap will be able to dynamically perceive moving objects, differentiate between living and lifeless objects, and subsequently recognize events and hazard spots. At the February STARTUP AUTOBAHN event, VoxelFlow™ showed the potential to scan an area of up to 40 meters and feed the 3D sensor data into LiveMap, improving the navigation experience while making roads safer. VoxelFlow™ showed that it is able to operate at extremely low latency, responding to sensor data much faster than today’s ADAS systems that take 300 milliseconds. 공지 • Oct 06Terranet AB (Publ) Receives Confirmation That the Company Will Be Granted A Swedish Patent for A Method That Improves Input to an Ai-Generated Model Used for Motion Pattern AnalysisTerranet has received confirmation that the company will be granted a Swedish patent for a method that improves input to an AI-generated model used for motion pattern analysis. Terranet has a clear focus on building strong patent protection related to event-based cameras and real-time perception.
공지 • Jun 20AstraZero Completes Research Project VerdasTerranet AB (publ) announced that it has now been completed - a collaboration led by AstaZero, a subsidiary of RISE, and carried out together with Terranet, If Insurance, Folksam, the Swedish Transport Administration, Volvo Cars, Toyota, Zenseact, Aptiv, and Viscando. The event concluded with a forward-looking perspective on the next step - the newly launched follow-up project VERDAS 2, in which Terranet is participating.

공지 • Nov 07Terranet AB Communicates the Key Milestones for Product Development in 2025Terranet AB has communicated the key milestones for product development in 2025. The goal for the first half of the year is to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), which will pave the way for upcoming volume agreements. In 2025, customer projects are expected to provide valuable input for further developing the BlincVision prototype into an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Once the MVP is completed, the company can sign agreements and begin the process towards volume production.
공지 • Nov 04Terranet AB (Publ) Presents Its Updated Product Development Plan for BlincvisionTerranet AB (publ) presents its updated product development plan for BlincVision, an advanced driver assistance system, with clear goals set for 2025. New Risk • Jun 27New major risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Minor Risk Market cap is less than US$100m (€12.4m market cap, or US$13.3m).
공지 • May 16Terranet Appoints Jonas Renander as Strategic Business Developer (CCO, Chief Commercial Officer)Terranet welcomes Jonas Renander as strategic business developer (CCO, Chief Commercial Officer). Jonas Renander will be part of the management team.
New Risk • May 08New major risk - Revenue and earnings growthEarnings have declined by 0.4% per year over the past 5 years. Market cap is less than US$10m (€9.05m market cap, or US$9.73m).
New Risk • May 03New major risk - Market cap sizeThe company's market capitalization is less than US$10m. Market cap is less than US$10m (€9.24m market cap, or US$9.95m).
공지 • May 03Terranet AB (publ) Intensifies Integration of Prototype in CarTerranet AB (publ) is well in line with the previously presented development plan. The tests also aim to ensure seamless, compatible and reliable communication between BlincVision and the existing systems in the vehicle. Terranet differs from existing solutions on the market through a unique combination of laser scanner, event camera and AI-trained software. The pioneering use of the selected sensor type enables significantly faster identification of other road users, such as pedestrians and cyclists, in driving surroundings compared to existing systems. The tests aim to evaluate the system's performance and reliability in a dynamic traffic environment. The company intends to continuously update the stock market and other stakeholders on the development process and progress going forward.

공지 • Apr 19Terranet AB (Publ) Announces Success for AstaZero's Test Track Validate BlincVision's PotentialTerranet AB (publ) has conducted tests in AstaZero's test environment and obtained positive outcomes for the company. The results demonstrate significant potential for the company's Advanced Driver Assistance System, BlincVision. The tests have been conducted at a Euro NCAP-approved test facility, meaning that these results directly contribute to Euro NCAP's ADAS rating methods for 2026. New Risk • Jun 17New major risk - Shareholder dilutionThe company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 92% This is considered a major risk. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-kr32m free cash flow). Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (643% average daily change). Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (92% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m (kr2.4m revenue, or US$224k). Minor Risk Market cap is less than US$100m (€10.4m market cap, or US$11.3m).

It's expected to build upon that speed at this Summer’s event.
