Summary Globus Medical is delivering robust organic growth and margin expansion, with Q1 sales up 27% and base revenues up 13%. Globus Medical raised full-year EPS guidance by $0.30 to $4.70–$4.80, reflecting strong operational execution and synergy realization from recent acquisitions. Shares now trade at 16–17x earnings, with net cash of $800M and operating multiples as low as 15–16x after adjusting for cash. Narrative Update The analyst fair value estimate for Globus Medical has been raised from $110.08 to $111.50, as analysts factor in Street research pointing to higher price targets following an "impressive" Q4, credible paths to mid 30s EBITDA margins, and expectations that growth in US Core Spine in 2026 could offset capital lumpiness.
