Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation became listed on the J-REIT market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on October 18, 2007. Based on the principle of aiming to invest in social infrastructure as a source of power for the Japanese economy and support Japan’s industrial activities from a perspective of real estate, IIF invests and manages logistics facilities, manufacturing and research and development (R&D) facilities, and infrastructure facilities which play a vital role in various industrial activities as the only listed J-REIT specializing in industrial properties. IIF has continued to mark steady growth since it began investment operations in 2007 when it acquired nine properties for the total acquisition price of 66,000 million yen.
