Medical Facilities Corporation, through its subsidiaries, owns and operates specialty surgical hospitals in the United States. Its specialty surgical hospitals offer non-emergency surgical, imaging, diagnostic and pain management procedures, and other ancillary services, such as primary and urgent care. The company is also involved in the facility fee charged to the patient, or insurer for the use of its infrastructure, surgical equipment, nursing staff, non-surgical professional services, drugs and supplies, and other support services.
