The Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended December 31, 2024. 2. The declaration of final dividend for the 2024 financial year. 3. Declaration of bonus issue. 4. Increase in share capital and amendment of the Company’s memorandum of association. The AFS would be submitted to the NGX on or before March 1, 2025.
