Pursuant to the Posting Listing Rules of the Nigerian Exchange Ltd (NGX), notice is hereby given that the Board of Africa Prudential Plc (the Company) held a meeting on Monday February 24, 2025, and approved the following: 1. The Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended December 31, 2024. 2. The declaration of final dividend for the 2024 financial year. 3. Declaration of bonus issue. 4. Increase in share capital and amendment of the Company’s memorandum of association. The AFS would be submitted to the NGX on or before March 1, 2025.

In 2025, Africa Prudential has delivered an impressive 21.7% growth, extending the bullish momentum that began in December 2024. Since July 2024, the stock has generated a return exceeding 160%, cementing its position as one of the most expensive financial equities in the market.  

With a P/E ratio of 35.0x and a P/B ratio of 5.1x, investors are paying a relatively high premium on Africa Prudential shares. It is projected that there will be quite a volume of profit taking on them stock this week.
