Topics that are overlooked (and this is very strange) are the massive frauds that went on for years.. including in France. They took more than 1,147 billion of impairment of goodwill in 2023, and again in 2025, for 4,060 billion
One would expect investigations, with some people put under judicial control, or given the insane amounts defrauded, temporary jail.
I find the situation very unhealthy, with behind the scene support and protection, they are all HEC or ENA bros.
This is one of the biggest scandal in years, without any reaction from the French authorities. However, the Power24 plan (no idea of the meaning) resulted in mass firing, about 8% of the workforce; so employees took a hit for the frauds.
Make no mistake, the Belgian subsidiary is the scapegoat. This is all decided in France.
So the fair value is 0.0 euro. And what will be sold next ? Equens ?
In the current state 0,5 euro seems a fair value for a wrecked enterprise.
