Insider Buying: Avarga Executive Chairman Bought S$450k Of Shares

Investors who take an interest in Avarga Limited (SGX:U09) should definitely note that the Executive Chairman, Kooi Tong, recently paid S$0.17 per share to buy S$450k worth of the stock. However, it only increased shareholding by a small percentage, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.
