He served as Treasurer of Word of Mouth Marketing Association. At the time of his departure, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of both RoperASW since 2001 until 2005 and NOP World Consumer, NOP World''s largest vertical sector. In this role, he managed a staff in the US, the UK and Asia-Pacific that served blue chip companies, helping them adapt products, marketing approaches and corporate policies to a world economy marked by unprecedented change and velocity. Mr. Keller has been a Director of Engagement Labs Inc. since July 24, 2015. He served as a Director of Bazaarvoice, Inc. since May 2006 until 2013 and served as its Member of the Advisory Board. He served as a Director of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA). He is Known as one of the most recognized names in word of mouth and the publication of his first book, The Influentials, has been called the “seminal momentin the development of word-of-mouth.” Keller’s second book, The Face-to Face Book (co authored with Brad Fay), was named 2013 Best Book in Marketing by the American Marketing Association. Reflecting his industry stature, Keller was elected to the Word of Mouth Marketing Hall of Fame in 2014. He lectures at the University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg School for Communication and speaks frequently to business audiences on word of mouth marketing. He is a board member of the Advertising Research Foundation since 2005 until 2011, Global Advisory Board Member of the Wharton Future of Advertising Initiative since 2008 and served as President of the Market Research Council. Mr. Keller holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Communications from the Annenberg School for Communications at the University of Pennsylvania.
