He has more than 10 years of experience in property development and property investment, Mr. Li is primarily responsible for Sino-Ocean's overall strategic planning, business management and property development projects across different cities. He joined Sino-Ocean as General Manager in July 1997. He served senior managerial position in the COSCO Group. Mr. Li has extensive experience in corporate governance, property development and property investment. He serves as an Honorary Chairman of Gemini Investments (Holdings) Limited and has been its Non-Executive Director since August 9, 2013. He serves as Chairman of Sino-Ocean Land Capital Finance Ltd. Mr. Li was awarded “Influential Person of the Chinese Real Estate Industry“ in 2006, “Leading Person of Brand Name Real Estate Developers in China“ in 2006, “Ten Outstanding Persons in the Chinese Real Estate Industry“ in 2006 and “Ten Entrepreneurs of the Chinese Real Estate Industry“ in 2005 by various organizations. He is a senior engineer qualification. He is also qualified as a member of Chartered Institute of Building.
