Fox Insider Ups Holding By 13% During Year

Looking at Fox Corporation's (NASDAQ:FOXA ) insider transactions over the last year, we can see that insiders were net buyers. That is, there were more number of shares purchased by insiders than there were sold.

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when Executive Chairman & CEO Lachlan Murdoch bought US$4.7m worth of shares at a price of US$39.06 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of US$55.04. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
