The company produces powders, billets, wires, and precision forged components from nano, near-nano, ultrafine, and conventional advanced materials. It offers cold forged parts, including fasteners, bolts, pins, caps, and other components; nano light alloy and nano grain powders, such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, titanium, titanium alloys, magnesium, and magnesium alloys, as well as nano alloy billets; nano super alloy powders; thermal spray powders comprising WC-based materials and titanium powders; and cemented carbides. The company also provides component design and manufacturing services, such as production of nano aerospace parts and components; machining and sinker EDM components; spark plasma sintering services; scanning electron microscopy and ion milling services; cryogenic milling services; controlled atmospheric handling services; high vacuum/high temperature degassing services; and spray drying services. It serves customers in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, oil and gas, mining, sports and recreation, and other industries. California Nanotechnologies Corp. is headquartered in Cerritos, California.
