He is a 27-year veteran of The Clorox Company, where he held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility and delivered profitable results in challenging and highly competitive business environments. He served as Senior Vice President of The Clorox Company since June 2009 until January 2013 and also served as its General Manager of Specialty Division since March 2007 until January 2013. Mr. Roeth served as Vice President of The Clorox Co. from March 2007 to June 2009. Mr. Roeth served as a Vice President, Growth and Marketing of The Clorox Co. since June 2003. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Litter, Food & Charcoal of Clorox Co. until March 2007. He joined The Clorox Co. in 1987 as a brand assistant in the marketing organization. Until 2016, he advised on consumer packaged goods investments while serving on the Gryphon Investors Executive Advisory Board. It operates through two segments, Pet and Garden. The Pet segment supplies products for dogs and cats, including edible bones, edible and non-edible chews, dog and cat food and treats, toys, pet carriers, grooming supplies, and other accessories; and products for birds, small animals, and specialty pets, such as food, cages and habitats, toys, chews, and related accessories. It also provides animal and household health and insect control products; live fishes; and products for fish, reptiles, and other aquarium-based pets comprising aquariums, furniture and lighting fixtures, pumps, filters, water conditioners, food and supplements, and information and knowledge resources; and products for horses and livestock. This segment sells its products to independent pet distributors, retail chains, grocery stores, mass merchants, and bookstores under the Adams, Aqueon, Avoderm, Cadet, Farnam, Four Paws, Kaytee, K&H Pet Products, Nylabone, Pinnacle, TFH, Zilla, Altosid, Comfort Zone, Coralife, Interpet, Kent Marine, Pet Select, and Zodiac brands.
