Steris: Non-GAAP Valuations Supportive Of Substantial Upside

Summary STERIS has been traded down in recent months with sellers driving price action to the downside since April. Despite this, we believe shares still offer compelling value when examining STE's true corporate value. After reconciling GAAP accounting both investment value and continuing value [earnings] increase for the company. Shares, therefore, look fairly priced at $249 by estimate, and we rate STE a buy. Defensive healthcare also looks to catch a bid in a weaker economic outlook.
