Mr. Eisen has served on the Strategic Development Board for the Trulaske College of Business, University of Missouri since 1995 where he established the first accredited course on the Warren Buffet Principles of Investing. He also served on the Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences Advisory Board for Johns Hopkins University as well as the Carey Business School Board of Overseers and the Hopkins Parents Council. He also served as a regular panelist on Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser for over 20 years. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at JES Holdings, LLC. Mr. Eisen has been an Executive Chairman of Wright Investors’ Service Holdings, Inc. since June 2007 and has been its Executive Director since August 2004. He was a Non Executive Chairman of GP Strategies Corporation from April 2005 until August 08, 2018 and was its Independent Director from July 2002 until August 09, 2018. Mr. Eisen served as the Chairman of Bedford Oak Advisors, LLC, since 1998. He served as the Non Executive Chairman of General Physics Corporation since April 2005 and an Independent Director since July 2002. Mr. Eisen has been a Member of the Advisory Board at Merriman Holdings, Inc. since May 2015. He has been a Director of NDPC since August 2004. He served as a Director of VerifyMe, Inc. from April 17, 2018 to February 28, 2019. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Granite Creek Capital Partners, L.L.C. He served as a Director of Castle Brands Inc. from January 2009 to March 26, 2015. Mr. Eisen served as a Director of Five Star Products, Inc. since November 2007. He served as a Trustee of the Rippowam Cisqua School, the Northern Westchester Hospital Center. Mr. Eisen appears regularly on various television programs on CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Lou Dobbs Tonight on Fox News. Mr. Eisen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1964 and a Master of Science in Commerce from St. Louis University in 1967.
