It also provides investment banking services comprising mergers and acquisition services, such as reorganizations and restructurings, recapitalizations, buyouts, sell side and buy side advisory services, and valuations and fairness opinions; financial advisory services, which include credit rating solicitation and maintenance, and strategic capital planning services; and financing services consisting of term loans, real estate loans, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine financing, and private placements of equity and debt to healthcare clients. In addition, the company offers financial and management solutions that comprise hospitality venture funding, and facility development and management for the hospital industry. Further, it provides corporate finance and private equity advisory services, including capital raising; mergers and acquisitions; management team development; infrastructure development for operations; filing, auditing, and reporting assistance for publicly-traded companies; formation of special-purpose vehicles for transactions; private equity and portfolio management; company formation; exchange-listing services for companies seeking to go public; and healthcare and hospitality management services.
