Ms. Landsnes served as General Manager of Bankenes Utredningsselskap AS, Director of the Information Technology and Interbank Section of Gjensidige NOR Sparbank's Central Clearing House and was responsible for Banking Products including IT and payment services. Ms. Landsnes also served as Vice President of Bankenes Betalingssentral A/S (BBS - the operator of the Norwegian bank clearing system) and was its Senior Vice President from 1988 to 1996. She was Chief Executive Officer at Bankenes Utredningsselskap A/S from 1988 to 1994. She served at Bankenes Betalingssentral A/S from 1975 to 1988 and Tifix Data from 1987 to 1988. She was Head of Section for settlements/international services of Sparebanken NOR group and General manager from 1998 to 2000. It operates through three segments: Oslo Børs, Verdipapirsentralen (VPS), and Oslo Market Solutions. The Oslo Børs segment organizes listing and trading of equities, equity certificates, ETPs, fixed income, and derivatives products. The VPS segment develops and markets products and services for banks, investment firms, investment management companies, and other financial institutions. This segment offers various Web-based services, including VPS Corporate, a work platform for account operators that operate share and equity certificate VPS accounts for issuers; VPS Company Services, a solution that allows VPS-registered issuers to make use of the information registered about the securities; VPS Fixed Income, a work platform for account operators that operate fixed income VPS accounts for issuers; VPS Investor Services, a work platform used by account operators for operating investor accounts; and VPS Client Services, which provides investors access to information on their holdings of VPS registered securities. It also provides clearing and settlement services for trading in securities; and fund services for investment managers and other distributors of mutual fund products. The Oslo Market Solutions segment captures, processes, distributes, and presents financial market data. It sells information relating to Norwegian securities; and specialized Web and Internet solutions for trading in securities and real-time presentation of market data. This segment serves issuers, investment firms, media players, and other parties involved with the financial markets. The company was formerly known as Oslo Børs Holding ASA and changed its name to Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA in November 2007. Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Oslo, Norway.
