SPDR Series Trust - SPDR Bloomberg Short Term High Yield Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by State Street Global Advisors, Inc. The fund is managed by SSGA Funds Management, Inc. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in fixed rate, short-term, U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds with maturities of less than 5 years and rated between Caa3 and Ba1 by Moody’s and between CCC- and BB+ by S&P or Fitch. It seeks to track the performance of Bloomberg US High Yield 350mn Cash Pay 0-5 Yr 2% Capped Index, by using representative sampling technique.
