Special cash dividend of $19.00/share announced which is a dividend yield of 10%. Approved raising 2022 quarterly dividend to $1.50/share from $1.00/share in 2021. This amounts to a regular dividend yield of 3% for 2022. 3Q21 net inflow of $220mn into Diamond Hill’s funds. Reported EPS in 3Q21 up 142% YoY. Stock has given investors a return of 82% from our initial recommendation in July 2020.
