Las Vegas Sands has the financial flexibility to continue to weather the Covid-19 outbreak in Asia. The extension of the subconcession and the draft released by the Macao Legislative Authority have reduced some of the uncertainty around the terms of concession renewal.

Las Vegas Sands: Outlook Can Only Get Better From Here

LVS is a popular ticker to follow, and it is widely touted on Seeking Alpha. Despite this, the stock is down for the year in correction territory. While I had been neutral on this company for a while, I do see a buy case emerging now. China's Covid-19 lockdown response has plagued the sector, and a market selloff. With this weakness comes opportunity. As Macao and China re-open, LVS is sure to benefit. Further, the company is exploring other locations in Asia and in the U.S., after exiting Las Vegas.
