The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Civeo

In fact, the recent sale by Senior Vice President of Australia Peter McCann was not their only sale of Civeo shares this year. Earlier in the year, they fetched US$1.40 per share in a -US$56.0k sale. While we don't usually like to see insider selling, it's more concerning if the sales take place at a lower price. Given that the sale took place at around current prices, it makes us a little cautious but is hardly a major concern.
