Mr. William J. Wackermann, also known as Bill, has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilhelmina International, Inc. since January 26, 2016. Mr. Wackermann served as Executive Vice President and Publishing Director of Details, Bon Appétit, Glamour, W and Gourmet of Advance Magazine Publishers Inc. (also known as Conde Nast Publications, Inc.). Mr. Wackermann served as Vice President and Publisher of Glamour, Corp. since April 2004. Under his leadership, he was responsible for revenue growth and marketing oversight of several Condé Nast brands, including Glamour, Condé Nast Traveler, W, Details, Bon Appétit and Brides. He expanded sales and revenue streams to include digital, video, film and licensing. He also led the team that was responsible for record revenues at Glamour, Condé Nast’s largest publication. He was also instrumental in the launch of a magazine for Fairchild Publications. Prior to joining Fairchild, Mr. Wackermann served as the Associate Publisher at both Conde Nast Traveler and House & Garden. Mr. Wackermann began his publishing career at Conde Nast in advertising sales at Vanity Fair in 1994. Before joining Conde Nast, Mr. Wackerman served sales and marketing positions at Business Week and Child magazine. Mr. Wackermann was named Magazine Publisher of the Year in 2002 by The Delaney Report and received a Media Mavens Award from Advertising Age in 2003. Mr. Wackermann is a graduate of Villanova University.
