HII secures $79M U.S. Air Force task order
HII's (NYSE:HII) Mission Technologies division has won a $79M task order under the U.S. Air Force's Training Systems Acquisition III contract. Under the task order, HII will support Air Mobility Command’s Mobility Air Force Distributed Mission Operations and integration to enable persistent, distributed training of aircrews worldwide. HII nabs task order worth $826M in ceiling value from U.S. DoD
HII (NYSE:HII) received the Decisive Mission Actions and Technology Services task order under the General Services Administration One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services multiple award, IDIQ contract. This task order has a ceiling value of $826M with a total period of performance consisting of a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. Support under this task order includes technology, development, integration, collaboration and sustainment support. It also includes threat and specialized analysis and analytics support, as well as operations integration and operational effects support.
Huntington Ingalls gets electromagnetic spectrum contract to support Dept of Defense CIO
Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE:HII) said Monday its mission technologies division was awarded a task order to provide spectrum assessments across technical, policy and strategy areas for the Dept. of Defense chief information officer. The 5-year contract was a recompete win for HII and will have a value of $44M if all years are exercised. HII will support the chief information officer's electromagnetic spectrum enterprise, policy and programs, and advance the electromagnetic spectrum enterprise and management operations by providing technical assessments and facilitating spectrum policy development.
