The Critical Power Solutions segment engages in commissioning and providing aftermarket service of onsite power generation and control equipment. Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. sells its products to electrical utilities, independent power providers, electrical co-ops, industrial companies, commercial users, and electric equipment wholesalers, municipal power systems, engineering and construction firms, and various electrical distributors through its direct sales force and a network of independent sales agents.
