Apogee Enterprises increases credit facility to $385M
Apogee Enterprises (NASDAQ:APOG) said Friday it amended its senior unsecured credit facility, increasing it to $385M. The amendment provides for an uncommitted accordion feature, allowing for $200M of additional borrowing capacity. APOG will repay its current $150M senior unsecured term loan using proceeds from the increased credit facility. The amended credit facility will mature in 2027.
Apogee Enterprises announces CFO transition
Apogee Enterprises (NASDAQ:APOG) CFO, Nisheet Gupta resigns to pursue an opportunity outside of the industry, effective August 1, 2022. Mark Augdahl as interim CFO, effective upon Mr. Gupta’s departure. Mr. Augdahl currently serves as Vice President of Finance for Apogee’s Architectural Glass segment. The company has begun a search for its next CFO and has retained an executive search firm to assist with the process.
