It offers personal checking and savings, and individual retirement accounts; business checking, sole proprietor checking, small business checking, business investment, and business savings accounts; certificates of deposit; and automated clearing house origination and positive pay services. The company also provides personal, automobile, student, recreation and travel, commercial real estate, business, SBA, construction, and land development loans; letters of credit, business credit lines, and commercial leasing services; and debt consolidation services and personal reserve accounts. In addition, it offers wire and foreign exchange services; mortgage and wealth management services; investment accounts, corporate cash management services, and retirement plans; and debit and credit cards, as well as electronic banking services. The company was founded in 1908 and is based in Cross Plains, Wisconsin with additional offices in Madison, Black Earth, Middleton, Mount Horeb, Oregon, Verona, and Waunakee, Wisconsin.
