The company’s primary services include structuring financial transactions, due diligence, business consulting, and business support. Its financing products include Consumer Collateralized Line of Credit for consumer items; Mortgage Collateral Appreciation Product that can be used as a collateralized line of credit for a mortgage; and Tuition Collateral Appreciation Product, which can be used for as tuition collateralized line of credit. The company offers its solutions primarily through third-party brokers. The company was formerly known as Heritage Capital Credit Corporation and changed its name to Protective Capital Structures Corp. in November 2008. Protective Capital Structures Corp. was incorporated in 1989 and is based in Wilmington, Delaware.
