Its loan portfolio comprises real estate loans consisting of owner-occupied and non-owner occupied one-to four-family loans, one-to four-family construction loans, home equity lines of credit and other junior lien loans, and land loans; commercial and multi-family real estate loans that include loans and lines of credit secured by commercial real estate, including multi-family residential real estate and owner-occupied commercial property; commercial business loans; and consumer and other loans comprising automobile and recreational vehicle loans. The company serves customers in Phelps County, Missouri, as well as in the Missouri counties of Dent, Texas, Crawford, Pulaski, and Maries. Central Federal Bancshares, Inc. was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Rolla, Missouri.
