He served as an Executive Vice President of Interchange Financial Services Corp. since September 1997 and also its Chief Operating Officer since February 2003. Mr. Labozzetta served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Interchange State Bank. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Interchange Financial Services Corp. from September 1997 to February 2003 and Senior Vice President and Treasurer from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Labozzetta has engaged in the banking industry since 1989 and is formerly a senior manager with an international accounting firm, specializing in the financial services industry. He is an experienced banking executive with more than 24 years of experience in the Northern New Jersey marketplace. Mr. Labozzetta has been a Director of Sussex BanCorp. and Sussex Bank since January 2010. He is a graduate of Brown University.
