(alternate name, Hopkinsville Federal Savings Bank) since July 2000. Mr. Peck served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Commonwealth Bank, F.S.B. ("United") since September 1992 and President of Firstar Bank-Calloway County. Mr. Peck was a past Board Member and Chairman of the Christian County Chamber of Commerce, Jennie Stuart Hospital and Murray-Calloway County Hospital. He served as a Vice President of Bank of Marshall County ("BMC") from May 1990 to September 1992. He has been a Director of HopFed BanCorp. Inc. since 2000. He serves as a Director of Heritage Bank USA, Inc (also know as Heritage Bank and Hopkinsville Federal Savings Bank). In addition, the company owns a low income senior citizen housing facility that offers apartments for rent in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Further, it invests in U.S. Government agency securities, municipal and corporate bonds, collateralized mortgages obligations, and mortgage-backed securities. As of January 31, 2019, the company had 18 offices in western Kentucky and middle Tennessee; and loan production offices in the Tennessee communities of Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Brentwood.
