Mr. Ocheltree has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Carolina Trust Bank since January 1, 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Elliott Davis Decosimo. He served as the President and Teresa C. Nixon of First Bank N.C. from September 2005 to June 30, 2013. He has extensive relationships throughout North Carolina banking circles. He served as Chief Executive Officer of First Bank N.C. until June 30, 2013. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Bancorp from January 1, 2007 to June 11, 2012 and also served as its Treasurer until June 11, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President and Regional Executive of First Bank, High Point, North Carolina office and managed a four-county region with ten offices in North Carolina as well as its four offices in southern Virginia. Mr. Ocheltree served as the President of First Virginia Bank. He joined First Bank since 1998 and served as its President from September 2005 to June 2013. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Bank South N.A. He served as Chair of the North Carolina Bankers Association from 2012 to 2013. He has been Director of Charlotte Branch of Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since March 3, 2016. He serves as a Director of Carolina Trust Bank. He has been a Director of Carolina Trust BancShares, Inc. since August 16, 2016 and previously served as its Director. Mr. Ocheltree served as Director of First Bancorp since May 2006 until June 2013 and First Bank since 2005. until June 2013. He served as a Director of First Bank N.C. from April 2006 to June 30, 2013.
