Hubei Henglong Automotive Systems Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Automotive Systems (CAAS) has purchased a 40% interest in the issued share capital of Sentient AB, a Swedish automotive technology company. Jingzhou WiseDawn Electric Car Co., Ltd. will transfer its 40% stake in Sentient to Henglong for total consideration of €20M in three tranches of cash payments.
