The company primarily owns and operates the Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel with 576 guest rooms and suites located in Singapore. It develops residential and commercial units, including apartments and condominiums under the Roxy-Pacific brand. The company also real estate activities on a fee or contract basis. In addition, it owns a boutique hotel under the Noku Roxy brand with 81 rooms located in Kyoto and with 154 rooms in Osaka City, Japan, as well as with 50 villas in Maldives. In addition, the company owns a Roxy Square Shopping Centre with 52 retail shops. Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited was founded in 1967 and is based in Singapore.
