Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Semcon AB (publ) (STO:SEMC) Independent Director, Karl Thedeen, recently bought kr258k worth of stock, for kr129 per share. That purchase might not be huge but it did increase their holding by 14%.

The President Markus Granlund made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for kr798k worth of shares at a price of kr87.40 each. Although we like to see insider buying, we note that this large purchase was at significantly below the recent price of kr128.
