Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Instalco AB (publ) (STO:INSTAL) Independent Director, Carina Qvarngard, recently bought kr71k worth of stock, for kr354 per share. Nevertheless, it only increased their shareholding by a minuscule percentage, and it wasn't a massive purchase by absolute value, either.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Instalco

The Independent Director, Johnny Alvarsson, made the biggest insider sale in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for kr8.4m worth of shares at a price of kr467 each.
