The company was formerly known as Platinum Properties Group S.A. and changed its name to IBSM S.A. in May 2015. IBSM S.A. was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. IBSM S.A. is a subsidiary of Righteight Holdings Limited.
