His leadership is evident in the progressive work environment at Infinite designed to has aboard the most qualified and experienced people, foster loyalty and maximize productivity. A hands-on leader, he works closely with Infinite's clients to execute large IT projects. He provides leadership, vision, direction, strategy and accountability for the various operations of the organization. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Ltd. until May 3, 2010. Prior to joining Infinite, he served as President of a software services company in the US, which he set up for the Indian parent company Prior to that, he served as international business head of a software solutions and consulting firm, of which he was also a co-founder. In his formative years he has worked extensively in the US and Asia Pac markets, with reputed companies holding key positions in marketing, strategic planning and new business development. He started his career with CMC Ltd., where he held various positions in sales, marketing and project management for eight years. Mr. Zutshi is a veteran with over 20 years of IT industry experience, he has impressive credentials in the areas of operations, sales, marketing and strategic alliances. He has credible experience in building early stage companies, setting up start-up ventures and nurturing them to heights. He serves as a Director of Infinite Infosoft Services Pvt Ltd. He has been Director of Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Ltd since January 2006. Mr. Zutshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan.
