He served as Deputy General Manager and Manager of the Finance Department of Tsinlien Group Tianjin Asset. He served as an Assistant to the General Manager of Tsinlien Group. He joined Tsinlien Group Tianjin Asset in 1998. He served as the Head of Operations of the International Department of (Bei Fang International Trust and Investment Company Limited). He serves as an Executive Director of Tianjin Tianduan Press Co., Ltd. He has been an Executive director of Tianjin Development Holdings Ltd. since October 27, 2009. He has been a Director of Jinlian Group Company Limited since April 2010. Mr. Wang served as a Non Executive Director of Tianjin Jinran Public Utilities Company Limited since June 20, 2012 until November 3, 2014. In 2006, Mr. Wang was awarded the title of Outstanding Section Cadre Leader of WorkCommittee of Developing Area and Bonded Area. Mr. Wang graduated from Nankai University in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree of International Finance. He has a Master's Degree in Global Economy from Nankai University in 2009.

Tianjin Development Holdings Limited, through its subsidiaries, supplies electricity, water, heat, and thermal power to industrial, commercial, and residential customers in the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area, the People’s Republic of China. It operates through six segments: Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Hotel, Electrical and Mechanical, Port Services, and Elevators and Escalators. The company has an installed transmission capacity of approximately 706,000 kVA; daily water supply capacity of approximately 425,000 tons; and steam transmission pipelines of approximately 462 kilometers, 120 processing stations, and daily distribution capacity of approximately 30,000 tons. It also provides services in relation to maintenance of power supply equipment and technical consultancy; and offers services in installation and maintenance of water pipes, and technical consultancy, as well as engages in the retail and wholesale of water pipes and related parts. In addition, the company is involved in the manufacture and sale of presses, and mechanical and hydroelectric equipment, as well as large scale pump units. Further, it operates Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, a four-star hotel; researches and develops medicine technology and products; manufactures and sells chemical drugs; manufactures and prints pharmaceutical packaging products, as well as sells other paper-based packaging materials; manufactures and sells elevators and escalators; and provides port services. The company is based in Central, Hong Kong. Tianjin Development Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Tsinlien Group Company Limited.
