He serves as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Cosco (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He serves as a Director of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Limited. He serves as a Director of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company and China COSCO Holdings Company Limited. Mr. Wang has been a Non Executive Director of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited (Formerly Cosco Pacific Ltd) since October 2010.
