Mr. Lo has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GP Batteries International Limited since April 25, 2014. Mr. Lo has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited, a holding company of GP Industries Ltd., since 1990. Mr. Lo serves as the Chairman of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. He has been the Chairman of GP Industries Ltd. since October 18, 1995. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Clipsal Industries (Holdings) Limited, a subsidiary of GP Industries Ltd. Mr. Lo served as the Chairman of Federation of Hong Kong Industries from July 2001 to July 2003 and GP Batteries International Limited from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Lo serves as Council Chairman of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Chairman of Board of Governors of Hong Kong Design Centre. He has been an Executive Director of GP Industries Ltd since October 1995. He also serves as a Member of the Steering Committee on Innovation and Technology, the Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council and the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee. Mr. Lo also serves as a Member of Federation of Hong Kong Industries' General Committee, a Council Member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council and a Member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee. He served as a Non-executive Director at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited from February 16, 2004 to May 16, 2011. Mr. Lo graduated from the Institute of Design of Illinois Institute of Technology in the US with a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design.
