He served as General Manager of Zhuhai Singyes Curtain Wall Engineering Co. Ltd. from August 1995 to October 2007, where he took the charge of general supervising and controlling on technologies. From 1991 to 1995, he served as Manager of the Operation Department of Zhuhai Singyes Safety Glass. He joined Zhuhai Singyes Safety Glass Co., Ltd. in October 1991. From 1989 to 1991, he served as director of production department at a glass manufacturing enterprise, Zhuhai Glass Factory. He served as technician at a state-owned glass manufacturing enterprise, Shaanxi Glass Factory until 1989. He serves as Chairman of China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited and China Singyes New Materials Holdings Limited. He is primarily responsible for the formulation and execution of China Singyes New Materials Holdings Limited Group's overall business strategies and policies. Mr. Liu has been an Executive Director of China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited since November 13, 2003. He has been Non-Executive Director of China Singyes New Materials Holdings Limited since November 28, 2014. He serves as Director of Top Access; Singyes Green Investment (HK) Company Limited; Singyes Engineering (HK) Company Limited; Sun Treasure Group Corp.; Singyes Green Energy Holdings Limited; Basic Force Group Limited; Singyes Green Energy Investment Limited; Singyes Green Electricity Investments Limited; Singyes Green Electricity (II) Investments Limited; Singyes Green Electricity (III) Investments Limited; Zhuhai Singyes Green Building Technology Co., Ltd.; Singyes Renewable Energy; Zhuhai XinYe Electricity Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Singyes Solar Technology Co., Ltd. He serves as Director of Strong Eagle Holdings Ltd. He served as Director of Singyes HK from November 2014 to June 2016. In 2003, Mr. Liu became an adjunct professor of Wuhan University of Technology. In August 2004, he was appointed as one of the experts to the Standardisation Technical Committee of the PRC Ministry of Construction for Curtain Walls, Doors and Windows. He serves as the Chairman of Guangdong Photovoltaic Energy System Standardization Technology Committee. Mr. Liu has registered patents under his name in the PRC regarding amorphous silicon photovoltaic building integration and solar power generation system. He is a honorary fellow at the United International College of Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University. In December 2000, he was certified as a Level 1 Project Manager by the Guangdong Province Construction Bureau. In January 2001, he was certified as a Senior Engineer in respect of construction materials by the Guangdong Province Personnel Bureau. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering in July 1986 from Wuhan University of Technology majoring in Inorganic Materials Engineering.
