Vantage International (Holdings) Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the construction, maintenance, and other contract works in public and private sectors in Hong Kong. It operates through three segments: Contract Works, Property Investment and Development, and Provision of Finance. The Contract Works segment is involved in the provision of contract works as a principal contractor or subcontractor primarily in related to building construction and repairs, maintenance, alteration, and addition works. The Property Investment and Development segment engages in the investment in retail, commercial, and residential premises for their rental income purpose; and development of properties. The Provision of Finance segment is involved in money lending business. Vantage International (Holdings) Limited also provides treasury management services. The company was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. Vantage International (Holdings) Limited is a subsidiary of Winhale Ltd.
