Mr. Paul Hermelin has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Cap Gemini S.A. since May 24, 2012 and also serves as its Group Managing Director. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Group Chairman of Capgemini Australia Pty Limited, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young France SA and Cap Gemini France SA. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini Service S.A.S since May 2012 until March 2016. He serves as Chairman of Capgemini Gemini North America Inc. (U.S.A.) Since April 2002 and Chief Executive officer Since November 2005. In May 2000, following the merger of Capgemini and Ernst & Young Consulting, he became Chief Operating Officer of the Group and director. He serves as Chairman of Capgemini France S.A.S., CAP SOGETI 2005 S.A.S., CAP SOGETI FRANCE 2005 S.A.S., SOGETI FRANCE 2005 S.A.S. since November 2005, Capgemini Service S.A.S since March 2016 and Capgemini Energy GP LLC (USA).
