The company operates through three segments: IT Services, IoT Solutions Europe, and Embedded Systems. The IT Services segment engages in the development, implementation, and marketing of hardware and software, and solutions. The IoT Solutions Europe segment provides, implements, and operates proprietary-developed hardware and software products, solutions for Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0 applications for use in the vertical markets of industrial automation, medical technologies, infotainment, and smart energy. The Embedded Systems segment engages in the development of embedded hardware products and the provision of the related services for the transport, aviation, and communication sectors. Its services include consulting services, such as formulation of migration scenarios for planned changes in technologies; advising on the implementation of ERP systems, including SAP; and facilitation of the creation of security systems applied to networks. The company also provides integration services to implement, supply, and configure various hardware and software products for its clients, such as notebooks, desktops, servers, POS systems, peripheral devices, and printers, as well as installs and configures hardware and software products. In addition, it offers outsourcing services, including operation of IT facilities or components. The company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Linz, Austria. S&T AG operates as a subsidiary of Euroconn Corporation.
