He set up Ntegrator Singapore in April 2002. He is a Member of US-based NetDevices Technical Advisory Board. Mr. Chang has an Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the Singapore Technical Institute, a Diploma in Telecommunications from City & Guild in London. Mr. Chang has an Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the Singapore Technical Institute and a Diploma in Telecommunications from City & Guild in London.
